
Our other activities As well as our main services and weekly activities we also have these other ministries.
Coffee Lounge We have a Coffee Lounge at 52 Townhead, beside the location of church building. This lounge is considered a vital part of the ministry of KBC forming an interface between the church and the local community, especially during our re-building project. At the moment new ministries are being developed here and the Coffee Lounge is open from time to time to give people in the church and the wider community an opportunity to meet together with friends and members of Kirkintilloch Baptist Church. It is open to the public on Wednesdays from 9.30am - 4.30pm. For other details of when the Coffee Lounge is open, please contact the church office.

Christian Service Council (CSC) KBC support a number of Christian organisations and people working both in the UK and overseas in countries such as Malawi, Botswana, Brazil, Tanzania and South Africa. Through the CSC, the church keeps in regular contact with these people, supports them in prayer and in some cases provides financial support. The CSC has also been able to support a number of our own young people from the church who have taken a gap year to be involved in mission projects run by a variety of organisations. Further information about some of these organisations and people can be found in the church on our Missionary Notice Board.


Sunday Afternoon Services These take place once every two months on a Sunday afternoon at 3.30pm. Transport and a light tea are provided. Full details from the Church Office.
